Our commitment is to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Usually your orders will be entered, completed, and processed for delivery within a 24 hours of receiving them. We always send you an E-mail confirming the status of your order. Orders received before noon Pacific Time are generally processed for delivery that day. Orders received after noon or on a weekend usually will go out the next business day unless some special arrangements for overnight or weekend delivery are made. Once your order has shipped, we will send an email notification to you that will include a delivery tracking number. You can track your orders online.

As you know, there are many shipping options available to you. Within the United States, we give you the option to select Ground shipping or Air delivery. This way you will know your total cost before you place your order. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you automatically after you have entered your shipping address on the order form. Please note, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address. If you need a quote for any International delivery, feel free to send us an E-mail.

RETURN POLICY.

You may exchange defective products within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. You may return unopened products within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a refund of purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.  If you purchase any of our products in bulk discount, and then return all but one of the products for refund, then you will be charged the listed price for one unit of the product and refunded the balance.  Please send us an E-mail, and just let us know about your reason for return. This will help us to serve you better in the future. Please make sure that the items you are sending back are in good condition, and they are packed in suitable packaging to protect from damage.

If not fully satisfied, you may return the unused portion of the Sinus Cleanser bottle within 30 days of purchase with receipt for a refund of purchase price.  One return per household.
